PT Privacy Policy
Foundation for the Promotion of a New Sector in the Economy System B
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you authorize Fundación Impulsora de un Nuevo Sector en la Economía Sistema B, tax number 65.052.193-5, domiciled at Presidente Errázuriz 3949, commune of Las Condes, province and city of Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile, hereinafter "Sistema B", to process the personal data you provide us when using or contracting our services through any of our communication channels, both face-to-face and digital.
Data controller
The data controller is Sistema B, for which the data protection officer can be contacted at the following e-mail address: sistemabinternacional@sistemab.org.
Collection, recording of data and purpose of data processing.
The data we collect will be incorporated and processed in our databases for:
- manage the execution of the act or acts, contracts, agreements or businesses entered into with or through Sistema B; respond to queries, claims, requests, among other actions that must be performed to manage these contracts;
- process personal data so that people can participate in the various initiatives, projects and programs organized, in whole or in part, by Sistema B; and make use of any of the platforms and communication channels, both face-to-face and digital, in relation to the initiatives, projects and programs;
- communicate information about the services and the different initiatives, projects and programs organized, totally or partially, by Sistema B and; in general, manage queries, requests and claims related to them;
- meet marketing objectives. This means that Sistema B can elaborate a user profile (individual or aggregated) by applying or not predictive models and, thus, improve the services, initiatives, projects and programs offered;
- analyze and elaborate statistical studies on the interests and habits of the people who interact with Sistema B and, in general terms, on relevant matters for the preparation of market studies or own or third party marketing campaigns;
- develop general or personally directed actions to improve the experience of interaction with Sistema B;
- contact through Sistema B's communication channels, both physical and digital, in order to send information related to the purposes described in this section.
Data collection forms
Personal data may only be used for the purposes for which they have been collected, unless they come from or have been collected from sources accessible to the public.
Individuals will have the right to withdraw their authorization at any time, in the same manner and facility with which it was granted.
In any collection of personal data through surveys, market research or public opinion polls or other similar instruments, individuals shall be informed of the mandatory or optional nature of the responses and the purpose for which the information is being requested. The communication of the results shall omit any information that may allow the identification of the persons consulted.
The holder may object to the use of his personal data for advertising, market research or opinion polls.
Storage period of personal data
These data will only be processed for as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they are provided, except for those that, due to legal or regulatory provisions in force, it is necessary to keep for periods of time that go beyond this term, in which case they will be kept for the period indicated by such regulations.
Data processing carried out in relation to third parties and outside Chile
Personal data collected may be shared:
- with third parties for the development and fulfillment of the purpose of Sistema B, which may require the collaboration of companies or collaborators or other natural or legal persons related to Sistema B, who will treat the data under the terms of this Privacy Policy, adopting the appropriate security and confidentiality measures for data processing;
- with the authorities in compliance with the requirements or obligations established in the regulations in force.
Rights of data subjects
The holders may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, portability, and blocking of their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Chilean Law No. 19,628 on Personal Data Protection, by writing to sistemabinternacional@sistemab.org.
In the event that the owners consider that there is a problem or infringement of the regulations in force due to the processing of data, they may file the corresponding administrative and judicial claims, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on Personal Data Protection.
Secrecy and security of personal data
The persons involved in the processing of personal data shall keep them confidential and shall only process them in accordance with this policy, unless they have been obtained from sources accessible to the public, as well as other data and background information related to them.
Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. The holder of personal data extends jurisdiction in the ordinary courts of justice competent in the city and commune of Santiago de Chile.
Modifications to the Privacy Policy
Sistema B may modify this Privacy Policy as required by new activities, needs or changes in current regulations, which will be notified to the email address that the holder has registered in Sistema B's database. In case of not opposing this change within 30 days, these will be understood as accepted.
Use of cookies
