As we approach 20 years of the B Movement, the Global B Network now has the opportunity to shape the next decade of leadership and business. To achieve this, we must evolve in the coming years into a more integrated organization that embodies interdependence. This next stage of our global network will balance global cohesion with local capacity for action to achieve our vision of transforming the economic system.
We expect B Corporations to feel the benefits of these changes as we deliver a better experience in all markets; invest more in our shared core assets, which will enable improved products and services; and continue to prioritize community building, advocacy and impact through our local teams.
Director of People and Operations

Description:
The Chief People and Operations Officer will have operational responsibility for delivering on B Lab's mission. Guiding teams across key functions, including People, Operations, Legal and Finance, the CPOO will act as a primary driver of integration, ensuring consistent systems across entities and geographies.
