Program Structure
We combine asynchronous flexibility with the depth of live sessions, totaling 28 hours of training (approx. 4 hours per week) over 7 weeks.

Fundamentals and Basis of the System
Asynchronous
5 modules focused on the technical interpretation of B Lab V2 standards, Impact Topics and the new B Lab assurance model.
Block #2
Deepening and Application
Synchronous
5 live sessions to address complex cases: controversial industries, risk standards, advanced scoping and strategic use of B Lab's Intellectual Property.

Transitional program towards the new global framework
This program is part of the transition period to the new global scheme. Its benefits will be in effect until December 31, 2026 and may be adjusted according to the institutional definitions to be adopted as of 2027.

Frequently Asked Questions
This is our regional training program designed to strengthen those who accompany companies on their measurement and improvement journey. Under the new B Lab V2.2 standards, we combine learning and evaluation to enhance your impact. Upon completion, you will become part of the official regional search engine, connecting your experience to the new global framework of the B Movement.
We are looking for professionals with experience in consulting, sustainability or business accompaniment, who already have previous training with B Lab or B System.
Please note that admission is subject to eligibility criteria and the quotas available for each cohort.
It is essential to meet the eligibility profile, but the space is only reserved once the payment has been made and according to the order of confirmation. In case you are not selected for this cohort, we invite you to keep your eyes open to apply again in the next cycles of the program.
The program includes 5 synchronous virtual meetings that will take place between April and the first week of May.

Brazil Division
Brazil will share three sessions with the Southern Division (Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00) and will have two additional sessions on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 (Brazil time).
Although it is not a legal requirement to practice consulting, this program is the official path recommended by Sistema B. It is the best way to ensure that you have the technical update, formal assessment and regional consistency necessary to accompany companies under the new B Lab V2.2 standards.
Passing requirements: Complete all asynchronous content and pass the closing evaluation. This process guarantees your technical update and validates your capacity
Each participant has several opportunities to complete their final evaluation. In case of failure to pass in these opportunities, it is possible to reapply in a future cohort according to the requirements and conditions of that cycle. We want to ensure that each consultant really masters the tools before going out into the field.
Your approval allows you to be part of the regional network of B-Company Consultants. Being part of this ecosystem allows you to stand out in the region's official search engine, access cutting-edge technical tools and participate in collaborative learning spaces and continuous updating.
The B-Company Consultant search engine is a visibility platform designed for companies to meet and explore qualified profiles. While it is an important window for your work, Sistema B does not act as an intermediary in the assignment of clients nor does it guarantee specific business results.
Yes. To ensure that our community always leads with excellence, B Company Consultant status and benefits are updated according to evolving B Lab standards and the overall program framework. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Legal Notice
The application does not guarantee admission; Sistema B reserves the right of selection according to eligibility criteria and technical profile. The benefits of this special quota are valid until December 31, 2026, subject to the revalidation process and annual quotas to be defined thereafter.
The opening of future cohorts and possible adjustments to the program will depend on the operational capacity and global updates of B Lab and Sistema B. All official information will be communicated exclusively through Sistema B channels.
