From scoring to specific performance: In the previous model, companies scored points in different areas to reach a threshold. With the EB Lab Standards (V2), the approach changes: there are now 7 Impact Issues which are mandatory pillars. To certify or recertify, your company must demonstrate that it meets the minimum performance requirements in each of them.
